2011: An Idea is Born

The Ponte Vedra Women’s Civic Alliance (PVWCA) was founded to provide services for St. Johns County organizations while strengthening community friendships among its members. 


1st Annual Benefit: Kentucky Derby

Chair: Lori Wells

BENEFICIARY:  Wildflower Clinic, a Good Samaritan Health Center, that provides free medical and dental services to low income, uninsured adults in St. Johns County, Florida. at the bottom to add a new row. Double click the images to change them.


2nd Annual Benefit: Spring Fiesta

Chairs: Elizabeth Paul and Susan Kelly

BENEFICIARYSt. Johns County Education Foundation that leads efforts to provide funding opportunities, supports initiatives that enhance public education, and recognizes and inspires teachers and students in St. Johns County, Florida.


3rd Annual Benefit: Mardi Gras

Chairs: Angie Smith and Lori Adams

BENEFICIARY: Family Integrity Program of St. John’s County, whose mission is to work in partnership with the State of Florida and St. Johns County to develop, implement and manage a highly effective, strength-based community-based system of care for abused and neglected children and their families.


4th Annual Benefit: Golf

Chairs: Diane David and Mary Gentile

BENEFICIARY: Hope At Hand, an organization bringing art and poetry into the lives of those in crisis.


5th Annual Benefit: Putting on the Glitz

Chairs: Diane David and Maureen Sulivan

BENEFICIARY: Betty Griffin Center, that offers protection and quality services for victims of Domestic Violence and their minor children, and victims of Sexual Assault and their families in St. Johns County, Florida through the operation of a shelter offering assistance, counseling, and transitional support.


6th Annual Benefit: Fire and Ice

BENEFICIARYBeaches Emergency Assistance Ministry, known as BEAM, is a community based organization serving low income residents in Jacksonville’s beaches communities.


7th Annual Benefit: Bombay to Bollywood

Chairs: Noelle Franco and Bonnie Pineau

BENEFICIARY: The Ponte Vedra Public Educational Foundation, an organization which enhances and enriches the educational experience of public school students in Ponte Vedra, Florida.


8th Annual Benefit:  A Night in Venice Masquerade Ball
