President
Devon, a member since 2013, has previously served as our Membership Chair as well as heading up the newsletter for a couple of years. She works full time as a Realtor and Mom and is actively involved in her community holding various positions in local organizations.

Parliamentarian

Darla has been a member of the PVWCA since 2011. She has chaired the Hospitality committee, Programs committee, Volunteer Services committee and the role of President. She is currently serving as Parliamentarian as an aid to the BOD. Darla is the founder and owner of College Admissions Services, LLC.

Karen Duncan

Treasurer

Karen Duncan joined PVWCA in 2019.  She served on the Benefit Committee and now is serving as Treasurer.  She has 2 daughters in their 20's and enjoys tennis and reading.  She is the owner of Organized Home / Organized Office, LLC, a professional organizing firm that she started in 2003.

Susan has been a member since 2014, and has previously served two years as Vice-President. She  is a Jacksonville native, and is raising a teenage son and daughter. She enjoys volunteering and reading.

Elizabeth Paul

Dr. Elizabeth Paul has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and
pharmaceutical industry. She is currently an adjunct assistant professor in the Brooks School of Health at The University of North Florida (UNF). Elizabeth has previously served on the board as VP, Treasurer and Secretary.

Joan Davey 

Community Support

Joan and her husband Mark moved to Ponte Vedra Beach from Santa Barbara, California in 2003.  Joan is a California native and her husband Mark is originally from Montana. They have two children, Molly (25yrs) a software engineer in San Francisco and Mark (21yrs) a senior at University of Florida, also studying engineering. 

Joan likes to help her community and loves walking, exercising, cooking, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.

Volunteer Services Co-Chair
  • Annie DeWeese is a Jacksonville native. She and her husband Steve celebrated their 20th anniversary this year. The have 2 daughters Denvir (14) and Delaney (11). Annie has a background in Medical Sales but has spent the last 13 as a Health
    Insurance Agent and works with her husband at their agency, DeWeese &
    Associates. In her spare time, Annie enjoys volunteering, reading, playing tennis and going for long walks.

Kathy Gleason

Hospitality

Kathy has been a member of PVWCA since 2019. She joined the Benefit Committee in 2019 and now serves as Hospitality Chair. Kathy moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2011 with her husband, Jack, and their daughter, Catherine, after retiring from Wyeth (now Pfizer) where she served as an Assistant General Counsel. Kathy also has extensive volunteer experience through her role as a “swim mom” for 12 years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, playing cards, golfing, biking and skiing.

Holly Kartsonis

Communications--Newsletter

Holly has been active in her community for over 20 years.  Holly was a candidate for the State House of Representatives in 2002.She was elected to the Municipal Services Board of Ponte Vedra in 2018.

She is married to John Kartsonis, M.D. and together they have three children.

Noelle Franco

Programs
Noelle, a member since 2016 is back serving on the board this year as Programs Co-Chair. Noelle has served as VP/Benefit Co-Chair and Hospitality as well as Nominating Chair in 2020.  Originally from Michigan (Sparty on!), Noelle moved to the area after graduate school at UF (Go Gators!).  She and her husband, Al, have two boys, grades 12th and 10th.
