Darla has been a member of the PVWCA since 2011. She has chaired the Hospitality committee, Programs committee, Volunteer Services committee and the role of President. She is currently serving as Parliamentarian as an aid to the BOD. Darla is the founder and owner of College Admissions Services, LLC..
Karen Duncan joined PVWCA in 2019. She served on the Benefit Committee and now is serving as Treasurer. She has 2 daughters ages 22 and 25 and enjoys tennis and reading. She is the owner of Organized Home / Organized Office, LLC, a professional organizing firm that she started in 2003.
Molly, member of PVWCA since 2013 Has served on the Board as Community Support Co-Chair and Co-Vice President. She and her husband, Steve, have lived in Ponte Vedra since 2001. She retired from Blue Cross in 2008. She is an avid gardener, enjoys flower arranging, playing Mah Jong and golf. Her favorite and most gratifying pastime is her weekly class at the ARC, teaching yoga to adults with disabilities.
Community Support and Volunteer Services
Emily has been self-employed since June 2015 In April 2016 she opened Scout & Molly’s. Prior to June 2015, she spent 17 years in Corporate America specializing in accounting, risk management, external audit & internal audit.
Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her children and participating in their activities, including: baseball, golf, basketball and lacrosse. Personally I enjoy running and other workout activities, and travel as much as possible.
Joan and her husband Mark moved to Ponte Vedra Beach from Santa Barbara, California in 2003. Joan is a California native and her husband Mark is originally from Montana. They have two children, Molly (25yrs) a software engineer in San Francisco and Mark (21yrs) a senior at University of Florida, also studying engineering.
Joan likes to help her community and loves walking, exercising, cooking, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.
Erika is a member since 2012 and has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach since 1991. She and her husband, Cayce have three children and have just become empty-nesters. Erika previously enjoyed volunteering in the schools and with several community organizations.
Benefit committee, Chair for finding donations for auction. Sads and glads Pv high soccer concession (4 years) Adopt, foster andtransport dogs. Heavily involved with Fur Sisters Dog rescue. Cooked for homeless on Jax beach at Jimbo Stockton’s shelter. Fundraising for Bahamas hurricane victims Ran a backpack fundraiser for foster kids in Naples, Fl. Cocaptain for tennis team- 3 years Constantly trying to raise money for causes near and dear to my heart. Love to cook, bake, throw dinner parties, raised in Austria and New Orleans, love to travel
Play tennis, swim, hike ski, shop, Netflix binge, drink Sancerre, love my family with all my might!

Hospitality and Programs
Kathy has been a member of PVWCA since 2019. She joined the Benefit Committee in 2019 and now serves as Hospitality Chair. Kathy moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2011 with her husband, Jack, and their daughter, Catherine, after retiring from Wyeth (now Pfizer) where she served as an Assistant General Counsel. Kathy also has extensive volunteer experience through her role as a “swim mom” for 12 years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, playing cards, golfing, biking and skiing.
Holly has been active in her community for over 20 years. She was appointed to the Education Task Force by Governor Jeb Bush and appointed to various Committees and Task Forces by past Jacksonville Mayors. She was on the Boards of: Easter Seals, Jacksonville Country Day School, (President), the Duval County Medical Alliance (President), the Florida Medical Society Alliance (Chair, Legislative Network), the South Jacksonville Rotary (Event Co-Chair), the Deerwood Resident’s Association (Secretary), and the Ponte Vedra Community Association. She was a member of the Blueprint for Leadership Class and Vice President of the State Association of Business Managers. Holly was a candidate for the State House of Representatives in 2002.She was elected to the Municipal Services Board of Ponte Vedra in 2018.
Holly has an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, a graduate degree from George Washington University and doctoral coursework from the University of Central Florida where she was enrolled in Public Administration.
Holly is currently the Business Coordinator for Dermatology Specialists of North Florida and is the past Director of Information Technology, Facilities Planning and Management, Legislative Affairs and General Services for the Duval County Health Department as well as the Health Care Administrator of 20 public health care clinics. She is a past administrator at Nemours Children’s Clinic for 9 years, holding positions as the Director of Finance and Director of Research Administration. Holly held the position of Director of Contract Services for the University of Florida JHI. She was also a Sr. Consultant with Deloitte in Miami serving the SE Region .She is married to John Kartsonis, M.D. and together they have three children.
